The Awaken Café began as a quiet idea between two friends who believed in the power of connection, community, slowing down, of handwritten words and of the sacred special moments in the ordinary.
How it all began
Crystal and Teri have been friends for years, the kind of friendship built on long conversations, shared cups of cacao, and a mutual love of all things slow and soulful. Both deeply spiritual, both passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves, they dreamed of creating something that felt like a warm hug in an envelope.
The Awaken Café was born from that dream. A monthly letter, handcrafted, intentional, and full of heart, sent to doorsteps across Canada and beyond. Not a newsletter. Not a product. A ritual.

Crystal
Crystal's spirit name is White Buffalo Medicine Woman. She has walked many paths and carries many names within her work as a shaman, healer, channeler, spiritual guide, writer, and lover of all things rooted in nature. She channels her gifts into every letter, weaving together intuition, ceremony, and deep care for the souls who receive each envelope.
Teri
Teri is an energy healer, divine channeler, sacred space holder and intuitive reader. She brings warmth, creativity, and a grounded presence to The Awaken Café. Her passion for meaningful connection and intentional living infuses every detail of the subscription, from the words on the page to the gifts tucked inside.
